App 1.0.231 (build 240) · 2026-09-22 — You can now create your shop from inside the app. Open the app for the first time and you get two choices: "Create a new shop" and "Connect to an existing shop". Choose to create one and the sign-up page opens; when you come back to the app you set the owner PIN (4 digits) and start selling right away. Once the shop exists, a board asks "What do you want to start with?" and walks you through the menu, LINE, how you get paid, a test sale and the printer — the same board the web version has.
App 1.0.229 (build 238) · 2026-09-21 — 1) A phone used only for clock-in keeps its staff list up to date by itself every 10 minutes, so someone added in the web admin can clock in on that phone within minutes. 2) Pressing Clock Out without a clock-in asks “Clock in instead?” first. 3) The owner-PIN work from the previous version is included.
App 1.0.227 (build 236) · 2026-09-17 — Connecting a phone to a shop checks the owner PIN first: if it is the same shop, everything on the phone stays where it is. After the owner PIN is changed, a phone still holding the old one shows a red key mark on the table screen - tap it, type the new PIN, and the bills it was holding go up to the cloud. The other phones in the shop keep selling while that happens.

When the phone's storage gets tight, the app frees space before it fills up, and a bill that can't be saved on the phone is kept aside and still sent to the cloud. The phone keeps 400 days of sales history; the cloud keeps everything.
App 1.0.224 (build 233) · 2026-09-13 — Phones that have been ringing up sales for weeks send orders and print kitchen tickets smoothly: the app clears the history of tables that closed more than 3 days ago once the cloud has it. Receipt records: pick dates, compare them as a table (one row per receipt or one row per item), then download a CSV that opens in Excel. The daily sales CSV saves straight onto the phone too.

A higher course also covers everything in the lower ones, up to 5 courses per shop, and one table uses one course. The menu setup button is now called "Photograph your menu board" and shows a sample photo, so it is clear that the board with names and prices is what to shoot.

Cloud · 2026-09-04 — When cancelling clears a table, that table is tidied up the same way as after a bill is closed: its QR is closed and any staff-call or bill requests are cleared. Seat the next group, set the headcount, and a fresh QR slip prints. Live for every shop, nothing to do.

App build 216 · 2026-08-31 — Stock is now counted in one place on the cloud, so every phone shows the same remaining quantity, with a remaining-count badge on each menu button (green / yellow / red). When an item runs out, the register keeps selling; only customer QR self-ordering stops taking it.
Cloud · 2026-08-31 — Expenses and staff advances can now be reviewed month by month in the admin screen (the "expenses / advances" tile). Tap a photo to see it full size; photos are kept for 45 days.
