AI menu setup from photos, sales records with ABC analysis, and a daily sales summary by e-mail.
The free Android app keeps taking orders and payments even when the internet is down.
Paid plans (each plan includes everything in the cheaper plans; cancel any time):
- RM19 / month - per-staff sales, records of cancellations and discounts, a 3rd phone, a 2nd printer, a daily sales report.
- RM49 / month - table QR self-ordering (15 tables), counts of first-time and returning QR customers, kitchen display (KDS), stock counting, 5 phones, 3 printers.
- RM79 / month - more of your own shop's data to compare with the longer you use it, staff clock-in and automatic payroll with EPF, SOCSO, EIS and LINDUNG 24 Jam, detailed reports, digital flip-through menu, 10 phones, 5 printers, QR for 30 tables.
What the AI summary in the RM79 plan writes (examples):
- Sales falling week after week - e.g. "Saturday sales have fallen 3 weeks in a row: RM5,200 → RM4,900 → RM4,600 → RM4,300"
- Pay that may be calculated wrong - e.g. "23/10 (Fri) Aina clocked out but has no clock-in. Please fix it in the admin screen"
- Too many or too few staff - e.g. "Saturday 19:00–20:00: not enough staff 4 weeks in a row"
- Compared with last year - e.g. "Last 4 weeks: 12% more than last year" (after 1 full year of use)
- Regulars who stopped coming - e.g. "8 regulars have stopped coming. 6 of them ordered nasi ayam every time, and nasi ayam went up from RM10 to RM12" → AI: "Check the price, the portion and the taste" (shops using table QR, after 2 months of records)
What we never do: we take no commission on your sales, we do not force upgrades, there is no contract and no setup fee.
Not included: the printer hardware itself (any LAN thermal printer works; buy it anywhere), your phone, and your internet connection. Shops that never print can use FriPos normally.
