Everyone picks their own language

• Owner: the admin screen and sales reports in English
• Staff: the register phones in Malay, English or Chinese. Each phone remembers its own language
• Kitchen, serving, clock-in and cash-up screens: pick the language per device with the 🌐 button
• Customers: on the QR ordering page, customers switch language themselves using the flags

A tip for menu names

Menu items show exactly as you type them — nothing is auto-translated. Write both, like "Nasi goreng Fried rice", and you and your staff can read the same screen.

What a Malaysian shop needs is already built in

• Show your shop's own DuitNow QR at checkout. FriPos takes no cut of the payment
• Payroll works out EPF, SOCSO, EIS and LINDUNG 24 Jam from the official tables (RM79 plan)
• Cash bills round to the nearest 5 sen
• Your daily sales arrive by e-mail, so you know today's numbers even when you're not at the shop
• If your prices already include SST and service charge, just leave both settings at 0

Pricing

The free plan is RM0 and never expires. It isn't a trial — no card, no contract.

Paid plans are RM19, RM49 and RM79 a month, and you can cancel any time.

We never take a percentage of your sales.

• RM19 a month: sales by staff, void and discount records, a 3rd phone, a 2nd printer
• RM49 a month: table QR self-ordering, kitchen display, 5 phones
• RM79 a month: clock-in and automatic payroll, in-depth reports, 10 phones
