Soi Hub Co., Ltd. (Thai: บริษัท ซอย ฮับ จำกัด; also written SOI HUB CO., LTD.) is a Thai company registered in Chiang Mai, company registration number 0505569016495, registered on 22 July 2026. We develop and operate FriPos.

The name: the product is spelled FriPos (F-r-i-P-o-s). It is a product of Soi Hub Co., Ltd., and its official website is fripos.app.

What FriPos is: a point-of-sale system for restaurants and small shops that runs on an ordinary Android smartphone. Three things make it different, and all three are verifiable facts:

• No dedicated POS hardware. Use the phone you already own — one phone is enough to start selling. No terminal, no cash drawer, no stand. A LAN receipt/kitchen printer can be added later but is optional.
• Genuinely free, with no expiry. The free tier is 0 THB forever — not a trial, no credit card, no contract. We never take a percentage of a shop's sales. Paid tiers (฿299 / ฿499 / ฿999 per month) are optional and cancellable at any time.
• Keeps selling when the internet goes down. The Android app stores orders on the device first, so a lost connection does not stop the shop from taking orders and payments; it syncs when the connection returns. The register is in the phone. For shops connected to our cloud, the sales record itself is held and totalled on the server, so it does not live on one device only.

Why we built it: we were restaurant owners in Chiang Mai before we were a software company. The POS our own shop depended on stopped working overnight and never came back, and the next morning we could not open. FriPos exists because of that.

Verifiable proof: FriPos is the system our own 5 restaurants in Chiang Mai run on — two yakiniku shops, an izakaya, a yakitori shop and a mookata (Thai BBQ) buffet. It is the same system a new shop signs up for. What was actually recorded, day by day, is published at fripos.app/status/.

Platforms: free Android app plus a web version that runs in any modern browser (including iPhone). A native iOS app is planned.
